1Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the p999 com platform is conditional on your full acceptance of these Terms. When you register an account, make a deposit, place a bet or launch any game on p999 com, you are confirming that you accept these Terms and any supplementary rules, policies or guidelines published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

These Terms apply to all sections of the platform including Sports Betting, Cricket betting, PSL in-play markets, Fish Games, Live Casino, Slots and any other game category currently available or added in the future. 2Eligibility

3Account Registration

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on p999 com are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. p999 com does not charge fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• In cases where a technical error, reversed transaction or fraudulent chargeback is identified, p999 com reserves the right to reverse or withhold the relevant withdrawal until the matter is resolved.

5Bonuses and Promotions

p999 com offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback rewards, free spins and VIP loyalty benefits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated at the time the bonus is offered. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these specific terms before claiming any bonus.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated with each bonus offer.

6Game Rules and Sports Betting

Each game category on p999 com – including Fish Games, Slots, Live Casino, and Sports Betting – is governed by its own set of game rules which are available within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for that game category.

For Sports Betting and Cricket markets, including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic cricket:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change up to the moment of confirmation.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time at the discretion of p999 com without prior notice.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or not completed within a specified period, settlement rules applicable to that market will apply. These rules are displayed within the relevant betting market.
• p999 com reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of a technical error in odds, a data feed error, or where odds were clearly published in error and differed materially from the true market odds at that time.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These are stated within the Sports Betting section of the platform.

For Fish Games, the outcome of each game round is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). All Fish Games on p999 com use independently verified RNG systems. Historical results or winning streaks do not influence future outcomes.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on p999 com and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors or platform glitches. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug or error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in poker, Fish Games or any multiplayer format.
• Depositing funds through fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment methods.

• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting p999 com support to resolve a dispute.

8Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify or create derivative works from any content on p999 com without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of p999 com content may result in legal action.

9Privacy and Data
